Early access · Opening summer 2026

Your blood has been keeping
a record.

biomarkr reads your blood test results the way they were meant to be read — as a sequence, not a snapshot. Upload your results, see what changed, understand what it means, and arrive at your next appointment better informed.

Plain-English interpretation of every marker — not just a flag and a range
Trend analysis across all your previous tests — changes that only appear over time
System-level picture — how your liver, heart, metabolism, thyroid are doing together
Next-step prompts to discuss with your GP — not instructions to act on alone
biomarkr is not a diagnostic tool. It provides interpretation support and helps you have more informed conversations with your clinician. If anything concerns you, it will always point you to your GP — never leave you to act alone. Not for urgent or emergency situations. If you feel seriously unwell, seek urgent medical help immediately.

What you'll get

Not a list of numbers.
A picture of your health over time.

Early access gives you full access to the biomarkr patient companion — the same platform used alongside our clinic workflow. Upload any blood test, from any UK lab.

01
A report that actually explains your results
Every biomarker in plain English — what it measures, where yours sits in the range, whether it changed since your last test, and what that change might mean. No medical degree required to follow it.
02
Trends that only appear across tests
Upload two or more results and biomarkr compares them across time. Some patterns are only visible looking backward across several tests — a slow drift, a consistent direction, a change that no single snapshot would reveal.
03
System scores across your whole body
Your liver, cardiovascular system, metabolism, thyroid and other body systems each get a score and a trend direction. You see how they are doing together — not just as isolated numbers.
Who early access is for

Two kinds of people are joining early.

For clinics
Private clinics wanting to improve blood test reports for their patients.
Clinic Reports is a separate workflow — structured drafts that your clinician reviews and approves. We are accepting a small number of pilot clinics this summer.
Longevity and preventive health clinics
Functional medicine and private GP practices

What biomarkr is not

Understanding this
matters.

biomarkr is a health intelligence tool. It is designed to help you understand your results and have better conversations with your doctor. It is not a substitute for clinical care.

If something in your results concerns you, biomarkr will always encourage you to speak with a clinician — it will never tell you to act on a result alone, start or stop a medication, or make a clinical decision without professional input.

We built biomarkr because we needed it ourselves. We know how frightening an unexplained number can feel. The goal is clarity and context — not alarm, and not false reassurance.

Not a diagnostic tool
biomarkr does not diagnose conditions. It interprets and contextualises — it does not tell you what is wrong or what you have.
Not a prescription service
biomarkr does not recommend medication, instruct you to start or stop supplements, or tell you to change treatments. Any next-step prompts are discussion points for your clinician.
Not a replacement for your doctor
biomarkr is designed to improve the conversation with your clinician — not replace it. If anything concerns you, speak with a GP or specialist.
It does route you to help
Every biomarkr output includes guidance to discuss findings with a clinician if anything concerns you. We never leave you alone with a worrying result.
For clinics

Clinic Reports is a separate workflow.

If you're a clinic, you're not just joining a waitlist — you're applying for a structured pilot. We're accepting a small number of practices this summer. The first six weeks are free. The only commitment is honest feedback.

Clinic Reports gives you AI-generated draft reports that your clinician reviews, edits, and approves before anything reaches your patient. You remain in control of the narrative and the clinical relationship throughout.

Common questions

Things people ask before joining.

What blood tests does biomarkr work with?
Any blood test from a UK lab — NHS, private clinic, or DTC (home testing). You can upload a PDF or enter values manually. biomarkr reads marker names, values, units, and reference ranges across a wide range of standard panels.
Is it free during early access?
Yes. Early access is free while the early access programme is running — no credit card, no commitment. We'll let you know clearly before any paid tier is introduced.
What does biomarkr do with my data?
Your data is used to generate your reports and build your longitudinal record. It is not sold or shared with third parties, and it is not used for advertising. De-identified, aggregated patterns may be used to improve the interpretation engine, subject to our terms. You can request deletion of your account and uploaded data at any time by emailing saghirmhussain@gmail.com.
Can biomarkr tell me what's wrong with me?
No. biomarkr does not diagnose medical conditions. It explains what your results show, tracks how they change over time, and highlights patterns that may be worth discussing with your doctor. If anything concerns you, it will point you to your GP — not tell you what you have.
When will I get access?
We're opening early access to a small group this summer — first invites are planned for July 2026. Everyone on the waitlist will hear from us. We'll be in touch with a confirmation email within 48 hours of signing up.
Is this only for people with health problems?
Not at all. Most early access users are health-conscious people who test regularly and want to actually understand what they're measuring. You don't need to have an ongoing condition — you just need to have blood test results you want to make sense of.
I'm a clinician — is this the right page?
Clinic pilots have a separate page with full details on the workflow, pricing, and onboarding process. See the clinic pilot page →. You can also use the toggle on the form above to register as a clinic directly from this page.
Is biomarkr available outside the UK?
Not yet. biomarkr is UK-only at launch. We're building specifically for the UK market — reference ranges, lab providers, and regulatory positioning are all calibrated for the UK context. International availability may follow later.
